Garden Dedication
The P.T.O at Public School Number Four dedicated the garden
located in the front of the school to the late Joanne C. Halpin
former WNY Board of Education Board President from 1989 – 1994.
This garden was dedicated in her honor for her years of service to
the WNY School District and community.
