Let's Read Together

First grade students at Public School No. 2 had a very special
treat on Friday, Sept. 30. Superintendent of Schools John Fauta and
Board of Education Trustee Dr. Christine Piscitelli paid a visit to
two classrooms, and sat down to read with the some of the students.
The students were very excited as Mr. Fauta read "Duck for
President.” Mr. Fauta discussed and explained the story to the
students, who were very entertained and eager to hear more. Dr. Piscitelli
also chose a book to read to some lucky first graders, "Should I
Share My Ice Cream.” The students participated in a question and
answer session with Dr. Piscitelli.
