v     Step 1-Traveling on Interstate 95 North- Take Eastern Spur (NJ Turnpike)

v     Step 2-Exit 16E

v     Step 3-Follow 495 East-Lincoln Tunnel signs (toward NY City)

v     Step 4-Exit Kennedy Blvd. North

v     Step 5-Proceed North approx. 1.5 miles (streets are numerical)

v     Step 6-Turn right onto 60th Street, go 9 traffic lights to Boulevard East.

v     Step 7- Turn right onto Boulevard East, proceed to the next traffic light.  Office of Special Services is on the left.
