PERSONNEL REPORTING ABSENCE

Reporting of Funeral Days:
Please be reminded when reporting your absence because of a death in
the family, you must specify your relationship to the deceased.
Please refer to page 18, article II, paragraphs A.2.a and A.2.b of
the WNYEA contract for specific details.
Employees may report an absence either by email or phone.
Please read instructions below.

All Employees who work
at Memorial High School must report their absence by
7:00am. All other employees must
report their absence by 7:30am. Employees
reporting an absence after the designated times, must call

CUSTODIANS, MAINTENANCE, TRANSPORTATION, AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS STAFF MUST ALSO CALL THEIR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR
